The heating function stopped working in January, and David was very timely in responding to my call, as well as coming to my home the next morning to access the issues with the unit. He was very professionally and knowledgeable. He explained the problems to me regarding my options as to whether to have repaired or replaced. . Due to the problems with the unit, as well as the age, , I decided to replace. David replaced the unit, and insured that all was working properly. His charges were very reasonable, and the unit is working great. I would recommend David to anyone who is looking for a professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable person.

You're probably thinking if you should use this company. Yes, yes you should. David is professional, has knowledge of his field, the ability to troubleshoot when things don't go as planned, fair in his prices, and (in my case) goes above and beyond.

I called David first thing Monday morning and he arrived within 1.5 hours. We just moved into a house with a heat pump system. I've never owned a system like this and didn't know what their typical behavior is. The interior fan would blow for over an hour after having reached temp. One time it blew for over 2 hours.

David arrived when he said he would and went to work. After pinpointing a few things that it could be, but finding they weren't the cause, he stuck with it for several hours. Turns out one of the motors was faulty. He drove about an hour away and returned, replaced the part, and now all is well.

During this time David called not only Ecobee support (when he thought it was my thermostat settings) but also Carrier support. As a tech guy who understands the troubleshooting process, it's good to know what you don't know, and he got it fixed.

Later in the evening David called asking if everything was still working with the system (it was) and wanted to make sure that I was happy with the fix and his work.
